I is kid's size and says so in the box. The sizing is not adjustable. Fits my 10 year old who has a small head. I put it on my big head and it does fit but a little too short. It is super comfortable. Helps my son focus in school and cancels out noise distraction. It is obviously not sound proof 100% but does the job!

My little girl was very happy with these. They stop a good amount of sound and light weight. They seem to be well made and a good quality. They fold nice and neatly away so they can be stored easily. They were slightly tight on my daughter’s head but they stretched fine following the instructions by stretching them over a small box for a few hours. Very happy with them.
