I have suffered from Plantar Faciitis for over 7 months, and as a result of trying to avoid the heel pain, walked on my toes, and subsequently caused trauma to my Achilles tendon, a tender place between the Achilles and ankle, and a crampy/ache in the arch/Plantar tendon, and calf. Woe is me. I finally had a cortisone injection in the heel, which helped with the inflammation there, but my Achilles, arch, calf, and ankle still suffer greatly. My cousin told me about the Rocktape she used for Tennis Elbow, and I ordered mine from Amazon and received it last night. I'd been hurting earlier in the evening, had iced, taken ibuprofen, and still really hurt each step I took. I applied the tape as instructed in the video on the Rocktape website, with a total of 3 pieces, one behind toes to around heel, and 2 from the outer foot across the arch to inner leg, with about an 80% stretch over the arch, both ways, and then just laid/stuck (no stretch) on the outside of the foot and leg past the bottom of the foot, and I could not believe the difference in just a few minutes! The pain subsided at least by 75% when I stood on it the first time! Apparently it DOES increase blood flow to the injured area to decrease pain and promote healing, just as explained on the videos. I can turn my foot in circles from the ankle and feel very little tenderness in the Achilles. I slept without my night splint for the first time in months last night! I felt less pain upon getting out of bed this morning than I have in months. I am excited at the prospect of becoming active again now, and ordered me a new pair of running shoes from Amazon last night, too, because I now have hope I can jog again one day :) and I hope it will be soon. I absolutely LOVE this Rocktape!!!!! I'm going to tape my rotator cuff tonight and possibly my low back. This is a wonderful product and I can't say enough good about it.

Essendo massaggiatore sportivo, ne ho provati parecchi di tape ma questi della Rock Tape sono o migliori. Non si scollano, il pretensionamento è ottimo. Certo il costo non è economico ed altri marchi costano meno, ma la qualità non è la stessa.

I'm very happy with the RockTape brand of kinesiotape. Good adhesives with 3-5 day staying power and great effectiveness when using both for enhancing muscle performance and for reduction of tone/edema/inflammation. I use it regularly at work as a PT, and bought this for home to effectively treat my spouse's medial epicondylitis.
