Can i use this for stone front (seal in between glass and the aluminum frame? is this matte black or shinny black when it dried?

Indeed, it can. one of my windows has an unusual design, instead of an aluminum sash on the bottom of the window, the Dow 995 has been applied directly to the marble and the glass as this one window cannot be opened. As to your second question, it's clearly a semi gloss finish, I do believe DOW makes a matte finish. The gloss isn't obnoxiously shiny, as that would be annoying as the majority of my window sashes and frames are matte black and high gloss would be unsightly. I've also used the DOW 995 white, which is slightly less glossy.
