Walker is not that strong as it was shown in the pictures/videos especially when you increase the height. It's not even good for walking and climbing steps with this is literally like invitation to an injury. Plus I'm trying to return this from last 5-6 days and the seller is not responding in case of picked up. It's of no useful for anyone(very disbalancing), seller please clarify will you accept the return?

This walker was very helpful for me to move to work for past one year. Now there is problem in one of the leg of walker. One leg not working in steps now . Now ordered this good product once again for my mobility aid.

The leggs are opened all of a sudden due to gravity, which makes a person disballanced. Length of leggs are not suitable for each type of steps height. I would like to talk to seller if possible
