I love this sketchbook, can hold gouache very well, and soluble graphite. It's good for colored pencils too. But, can't hold multiple layers of colored pencils because this paper is very smoth surface and thin. But, I love it.

I love it. It was a gift for my boyfriend’s little sister and she loved it. It’s smaller than most standard sketchbook, but it’s perfect for putting it in a smaller bag or something. Papers decent as well able to sustain acrylic markers

I loved this sketchbook. I have bought another form this brand after I completed this one. The color is as expected. Paper doesn’t bleed and holds well. Along with it being smooth. For 10 dollars this is by far my favorite. I like this more than moleskine. I used it for my fifteenth sketchbook and I’m now almost done with my 16th, which I bought in a bright yellow and a smaller size. I love this brand.

I do a little bit of drawing/doodling/patterning and love using fountain pens. No feathering! Also good paper for alcohol markers so far. Only wish it was bigger, had more pages.

Pretty sketchbook, pretty okay paper, wont stand up to being utterly drenched but can take a little water if you're not super annoyed by the pages having a teenie tiny bit of warping. You could also sketch in it when out and about and tape the page down temporarily for painting if you were so inclined. 3 sides is enough to keep it from warping too much and you can tape the 4th just to have that nice little framing effect that taping gives it

I’m not much of an artist, but I love to doodle and it’s the perfect size to draw something quick and easy! It’s comfortable to draw in and I think it’d be great sketchbook to start out with.

Exactly arrived just as it looks and was described in a perfect 4 by 4 hand dandy lil watercolor notebook and if ya know BLUE and the original John, (I think) then know, it does as it states and moves on. Totally worth the money for a fraction of the time. I just wish they would make a dark purple or just feminine color that are not PASTEL VARIETY! CAN’T GO WRONG here at all!

I reach for this little sketchbook more than my larger sizes. The paper quality is very smooth--my preference is off white instead of stark white, so this is perfect for me. I typically only sketch with pencil, but I have used marker and the paper will bleed through to the back side, but not to the next sheet of paper which is nice. I find it super durable as I just toss it in my purse and always carry it with me.

I have been using Talens Art Creation books for years and they never disappoint me. You can use every typ of medium on it and the papper is nice and smooth. The color is so pretty in person and the size is smaller then I normaly work in but it's fun to change sizes sometimes. Highly recommend this sketchbook!

Es pequeña y bonita, por su tamaño es muy practica para cargarla en el bolso y hacer uso de ella cada que se quiera.

J'adore le format carré de ce carnet, il est également plus facile à transporter avec soi de par son petit format.

This paper is great for art as long as you don't use a lot of water. I can use light water with inks and it's fine but if I want to do a watercolour it's really warps. The paper is nice and smooth and doesn't bleed. I really like the colours available for the cover.

Dit boekje gekocht vanwege het vierkante formaat. Het papier is mooi van kwaliteit, alleen naar mijn smaak te geel. Ik wil het papier liever wat witter, vooral als ik met kleurpotloden werk. Als je de gelige kleur van het papier geen probleem vindt is dit voor de prijs een goede aankoop.
