I give this product a 5 stars review because the cups are made very well I love them they are beautiful and feel expensive. My only issue is that I messaged the seller as I need all of the cups replaced as because of the packaging, they all came broken. This is an issue with the packaging, as the cups are well made. But as for the material is porcelain so of course it needs to be in more protective packaging. I love love love this set, but please can the seller send me the replacement cups as I have messaged and still no answer. Overall I recommend this product, and I recommend the seller to use better packaging.

The set looks elegant, 5 star for that, but the gold platings are not good, and is peeling away. So quality is not good I would say.

I bought these for my mum as she loves drinking her coffee in small tea cups. These are so elegant and look very bougie. Everyone who's come to visit has complimented the set & they've even said... oh must be very expensive but it's not. I think the price is good. Since they are made with high quality porcelain clay makes them lead-free and food-safe. We use them everyday and I would highly recommend this set

This tea set is really lovely and the colour is true to the photos. It comes with 4 dainty gold spoons and a stand on which everything fits perfectly. My order was delivered very quickly and packed very well. Everything was intact but I discovered a flaw in one of the tea cups and one of the saucers. I contacted the seller through the Amazon website and was immediately offered a replacement, which I have received. All of this occurring (the initial delivery and the replacement) in under a week! The seller's service is excellent and the set is now flawless...a purchase experience that I'm very pleased with and can recommend.

Arrived all damaged and broken. Waste of time. Sent straight back. You’ll not look classy with this junk if you’re into your afternoon tea. Even if they arrived in good condition this tea set is crap.
