The figure is amazing the shipping and delivery is horrible
They did an amazing job capturing Gojo from his eyes to his height, it’s amazing. The super thin box it was shipped in was damaged and the box was damaged. The policy now states that I might not get a full refund for a damaged item. This will be my last prime membership purchase from amazon. I had to fight for over a month on a refund for a damaged item. I’m a tree hugger but shipping items that are not packed well and shipped in the thin boxes and bags leads to damaged items because the workers don’t care and USPS doesn’t care. Now it’s my fault because items arrive damaged. They don’t care about the customer and they are probably using the excuse of being environmentally friendly as an excuse for no packaging. Buy the figure but not here. Look at the reviews I’m not the only one except now I’m bullied into not returning a damaged item with multiple fees. Love the figure though

My best Gojo figure! It's really nice, one detail I love is his hair. The eyes and hair are really well done out of all the figures I have of Gojo. It's a nice size and looks great.

Perfect! Tgis Satoru Gojo figure is PERFECT!! No bruised corners, rips, nothin. 5/5 (in my opinion). Definitely recommend adding him to anyone’s anime collection ^^
