I'm quite short and slim, not overweight or underweight. However, I still encounter some chafing problems when running, hiking in the woods, or working out at the gym. I don't need too much of this, and I don't need it everyday, but on days when I do need it, I'm glad it works and works well. It heals chafed skin and protects it from future chafing. And it's so easy to use, just apply it like you do deodorant wherever you have a chafing problem. It doesn't feel greasy at all, and the protection it gives lasts for hours, at times, all day. I'm so glad it comes in an applicator so I don't have to rub it in. This has become part of my exercise routine and a great addition to my self-care.

This stuff is the only reason I am able to wear shorts when running during the summer. My inner thighs touch just enough to create friction/chafing, but this stuff solves that problem right away. It goes on smoothly, doesn't leave a residue/ feel sticky, doesn't stain my shorts, and lasts for at least an hour (that's the most time I've ever run). That said, it doesn't work quite as well at preventing chafing from my sports bra. My guess is that there is more friction there and maybe I need to apply more to those areas? In any case, it's worth it for the relief it provides my inner thighs.

I constantly struggle with chafing and usually turn to deodorant for relief, but this product worked better than what I normally use. I tested it in a hot climate, and while it did help, I had to reapply it several times throughout the day. It worked really well immediately after application and noticeably reduced discomfort. I just wish it lasted longer so I wouldn’t need to reapply as often—especially for full-day wear.
