This stuff is great, I love the taste and quality of this stuff. Works great for a glaze, for after or during cooking. It is fantastic on rice. Decent price, everything is too expensive these days though.

Listen, I didn’t want to fall for this. I really didn’t. I was on a diet. A strict one. I had my meals prepped, my portion sizes in check, and I was feeling good—until this sweet cooking seasoning waltzed into my life like it owned the place. I sprinkled just a little on my grilled chicken. I thought, “Let’s see what all the fuss is about.” Oh, how naive I was. One bite, and suddenly it was like my taste buds threw a party and didn’t invite my diet. This seasoning? It’s not just sweet—it’s the kind of sweet that makes you forget your New Year’s resolutions and any concept of self-control. I’m not exaggerating when I say I would bathe in this seasoning if I could. It’s the kind of sweetness that isn’t overly sugary, but instead, it whispers, “You deserve this,” and you’re like, “You’re right, I do.” It’s the seasoning equivalent of getting a hug from your grandma, but like, in flavor form. I tried to stop at one chicken breast. I really did. But then I seasoned some roasted vegetables. And then my rice. And before I knew it, I was seasoning everything in sight. Fruit? Oh yeah, you better believe I put it on some strawberries. Dessert? You know I’m sprinkling it on a piece of chocolate cake. Now I’m just here, lying to myself. I tell my diet apps I’m “eating healthy,” but my taste buds know the truth. They know I’ve been living in a lie of sweet, savory freedom. I should probably feel guilty. But I don’t. Because this seasoning is worth it. It’s the seasoning of the gods, and if I have to sacrifice my waistline for eternal flavor, then so be it. Buy it. It will ruin your diet, but your taste buds will never forgive you (in the best way possible).

This Mirin is it! I used it to make my Ramen eggs and I also use it for my sauces. I love condiments and sauces and making them from scratch and I love how this doesn’t taste overpowering or like alcohol. It’s actually sweet and I can see myself eating it in a salad. I’ve bought other ones that I could barely even smell it or taste it because it tastes like alcohol. Very durable glass container, and great quality. Also great value for the money. I recommend this one over any other.

I had recently tried this new product for me.. It's very good It's a little sweet and I like that because I had a plain rice vinegar which was very boring tasting and this livened it up It made it a little sweeter if you can't finda rice vinegar that's seasoned and or a little sweet. I like to make cucumber salads by dipping and soaking the cucumbers in rice vinegar and I add this to the plain rice one and it made it more tasty. I also add dill FYI

I love this product, it enhances the flavor of stews and soups. It's good in fried rice 🍚 and regular rice! I will definitely get it again. I've used it sparingly for you don't need much for flavor.

The flavor is delicious. Add it to most dishes, always adds great taste. Good size, great quality.

This is a staple in anyhome who are big rice eaters, the taste is amazing and is easy to open and use.
