Took ages to get it to fit into the SCART socket because the quality is dreadful. It did not work so I tried to remove it. That’s what the fun really started..!I presume it’s part of the Amazon design that the metal spring clip falls out as soon as you attempt to remove the plug.Remind me not to waste my money on that ever again!!

It seems to do the job linking a freeview box to an older television that has a SCART connection. No issues.

I needed a Scart lead to connect up my old video recorder to our old TV and this did the job perfectly. Quality also looks good despite the low cost. Easy to spend way more , but there's no need to.
