Compression Knit Elbow Sleeve with Gel Support

I was looking for a compression sleeve for my left elbow when I bench press or do skull crushers and found the Shock Doctor brand at Dick’s. I don’t see the size recommendations here on Amazon for the measurement of your forearm, but they are printed on the box and mine is 11.5 inches so XL was the recommendation by the manufacturer and it fit perfectly. I would have purchased it at Dick’s but the elbow sleeve was 5 bucks cheaper at Amazon and I grouped it with another order. Once it arrived, I was pleased to discover that the Shock Doctor elbow compression sleeve delivered in the gym with very good support and no slippage during my workouts. The sleeve is fairly breathable and flexible without the heavy sweating of neoprene alternatives. The gel support inlays may indeed work as I’ve experienced very little to no elbow pain when using this sleeve. The materials used and assembly of the sleeve appear to be spot on and I’m very happy with the purchase. Since I don’t see a sizing chart here, I’ve included a photo of one from the Shock Doctor box. Fits great and gives support while letting you carry on your day normally.

This is the fourth time I've purchased this elbow sleeve. It provides the best support/relief of any elbow sleeve I've tried in the past. The only reason I give this product 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the stitched-in interior pads always fray and come apart after two dozen uses or so.

Its great the gel pads and position of them is perfect. My elbow after 10 hours or so at work take it off the pain is almost as if it wasn't even there. I like the brace alot.

This is a solid product that I am on my second pair as I have worn them so much that I am wearing them out. That I say in a good way as these hold up really well and don't lost their tension function at any part in the life cycle of this product. Needed to add first left arm then right arm due to workout tweaks and disc golf throwing injury (tennis elbow). Just continued wearing them and (knock on wood) these have minimized the issues and been really helpful. Highly recommend these

Awesome product. Really helps stabilize my injured arm (tennis elbow) and the gel helps relieve pain and discomfort. True to size. Medium was too snug, large is just right (11" forearm) but should fit perfectly once I get back to working out again.

The size is important so you want to make sure it has a snug fit. The gel pads are on either side of your tendon and they do put effective pressure on these tendons. However, this is my second pair of the sleeves (I wear them on both arms due to tennis elbow) and the gel pads on the first two pairs eventually fell off. The product could do a better job of securing them. Even without the gel pads, these are very good at preventing further damage to my tennis elbows when I play golf or tennis.
