These shoes are well made and imagine they'll last, but are so uncomfortable to walk. The main reason is that the insert is spongy and too high. Depending on feet placement and pavement type, one can easily roll a foot and twist an ankle. One can actually see a slight twist of the feet at every step. My guess is that a spongy/soft insole would be fine if wasn't as thick as these ones are...over an inch. Don't understand why manufactures of these type of shoes can build shoes with thicker heel outsole and thinner insole. Many basketball style sneakers have a thick heel outsole and are on high demand, so not sure why CHAMARIPA sporting shoes can't go that route...increase outsole heel height. by 1/4" or 1/2".

The perfect shoes!! I’m 5’3 and these took me to about 5’5 - 5’6 and boy it’s improved my confidence. For short guys, this is a great investment to improve your self esteem and confidence. The shoes itself were very comfortable and I didn’t have a problem walking in them at all. I’ve even tested them in the gym, but I wouldn’t recommend them for running. They also look great and no one will know they are elevator shoes. I also love that there wasn’t any logo and tacky branding on the shoes, just high quality craftsmanship. I’m gonna buy some formal shoes next from them!!
