Great pan
I have lots of high end brands pan and I think this pan is among the best. I don't know why it is so understated. It is completely non stick and has an ergonomic handle.just wish I could put it in the oven.

It’s very easy to clean
It seems to heat up fairly quickly but it needs oil or butter to make eggs slide . They don’t slide with nothing in the pan . Food doesn’t stick to it and it doesn’t just wash out with water , you sometimes need to wash it if you are cooking gravy or something like that . It’s okay but it’s not like the videos I’ve seen. After using it for a month now it’s full of scratches just from using plastic and wood spatulas . I don’t know if it’s going to last long .
