No, the headband cushion is not compatible with QC35. It's only compatible with QC2 and QC15. As far as I know there isn't a replacement headband cushion on the market yet for the QC35 because that model is too new with no demand for a replacement cushion yet. If you need just the ear cushions and scrims (the cloth screens that fit inside the headphones), you can use this link to buy them. No, the headband won't fit QC25. This combo pack is for SoundLink AE2 specifically but the headband and ear pads will fit QC25. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JWDZKFZ?ref=myi_title_dp&th=1 Thew scrims will be different though, and they might not fit as well as the proper QC25 scrims.

Q: Old headband deteriorated and fell off will this work or must it go over old one?

This is a whole new headband. I take it you definitely have qc2 or qc15 headpbines? This headband is only for those models. There is a video name in the bullet points thst shows you the whole installation process. You cut the old headband off and throw it away and put this one on. Thanks
