I have been using these tablets for a while now. They are much cheaper here than Holland & Barrett, plus you get them much quicker! They are great for strong bones and are much better than calcium carbonate (which most other brands are). The only downside is that they are a large size and can be hard to swallow, but you get used to taking them. I would totally recommend them.
