Ürün 15gb veriyi birden yüklenince, 6 5gb veri katarılmışken veri aktarım durdu... usb çıkarıp taktım.. usb takılma sesi geliyor, ama usb içeriğini görülecek usb ikonu gelmiyor. Aygıt yöneticisine bakıyorum, sürücü yüklenmiş... Depolama kısmına bakıyorum, sürücü harfi atanmış ve alanı gözüküyor... ama usb içeriğine erişemiyorum... kaç farklı bilgisyara denediysem hep aynı... sanırım yazılımsal bir hata oldu... ürün iade ödemesi yapıldı. Ancak ürünü amazon nasıl iade edecem çözemedim... bana iade kargo kodu veya ilgili talimat verilemedi. Müşteri hizmetlerine de ulaşamıyorum (ingilizce konuşuyor).... En azından ürünün sorununu gösterecek, video eklemek istiyorum... müşteri hizmetleri bana ulaşsın lütfen
