After 3 days of barely little motion in the bowel department, I was in agony. I had read the reviews so knew the instructions were in French. At this point they could have been in Korean, I didn't care it just had to work. I wasn't disappointed. For a laugh because this situation needed some levity, I set a stop watch on my phone. Exactly 5 minutes after initial insertion, there was a definite feeling that something was afoot or a t*rd. Now I was hopeful having read the reviews that this wouldn't be painful. But I'm guessing those that said it wouldn't be, weren't on Wegovy / fat jabs and hadn't eaten excessive amounts of dairy to ensure they hit their protein goals. At minute 5 what felt like a house brick was making an exit. Stuck half in and half out I had to break the thing off as it came out. My eyes watered, I saw a light at the end of a long tunnel. In essence I had finally passed the several house bricks that were backing the whole system up. I felt relief. In fact there is no shame on admitting that I shed tears of joy. Then exactly 14 mins and 53 secs later - I'd kept the stop watch going purely for scientific purposes. I had a dump the size of which I've never seen before. It was beautiful. No pain, looked like the poo emoji I'm kind of gutted I didn't take a photo. All in all 10/10 as it got rid of the agony I was in. I am still taking lactulose and now Im cutting down on dairy so this turdmeggedon doesn't happen again. Instant relief after days of pain. Well worth the money. If I could kiss the Amazon delivery driver for the speed of the delivery I would. Fabulous stuff. The aftermath hasn't been too bad I was expecting to be on the toilet all day but I've only been twice more since and small compared to the babies arm I passed earlier.

They work, just don't use before an event or if you're busy the day you intend to use them...

This could take some time to work but does help you. It started working 2 hours after use. I had been constipated for 4/5 days and was too weak to keep straining. I'm very thin and had been very poorly with bad back n legs pains and having strong pain relief this is why im in this situation but it did bring some relief and emptied me out but after 2+ hours and during the night.
