Does this have a pocket clip?

The Fenix E09R 600 does not have a pocket clip.

Since the battery is not replaceable,how long will the battery last before having to buy a new E09?

The battery is good for approximately 500 charge cycles.

Can you replace the battery when it’s wore out?

If you don't care about voiding the warranty, what I do is wait till the factory battery starts to fade, I then place the flashlight in the freezer for 30 minutes, this compromises the bond line of the glue or threadlocker. Then the cap opens up and a 14500 non primary lithium ion replacement can be installed. I HAVE N-E-V-E-R found a Fenix or any other flashlight that I have not been able to open, despite the manufacturer pretending it cannot be done, from Ryobi battery packs to this. IGNORE that it cannot be accomplished. They just want you to buy a new flashlight rather than changing the battery.
