Green Weeping Willow Tree Cutting - Thick Trunk Start, A Must Have Dwarf Bonsai Material.

These came in as bare sticks. I understood then as soon as they arrived and placed them in water. They also are under plant lights for 8 hours a day. They started growing roots within just a few days then put out shoots a few days after that. I plan on waiting another week or 2, to make sure there is good root growth. These are bonsai's and will require a bit of care once they are planted. They should be planted in a bonsai type soil to allow the roots to grow right and show oxygen to get to the roots. Moisture level will need to be monitored in order to keep the birthday healthy. I will add more pics - if I can - after they get planted.

Received the piece of twig in the mail and followed the instructions on how to grow roots before planting. The twig molded and died and no roots were ever produced. Waste of money.

I need a replacement due to cuttings struggling to root. When cuttings were received, I followed the instructions and waited for sprouting of the 3 stalks. I took precautions of making sure the water was room temperature and the rooting container was roomy but not too large. I also purchased the recommended soil & a well-drainage pot, so I would be ready to transition the stalks after the germination process/when green leaves would appear. Hopefully this helps. in growing them. This was not fun to see the 3 skinny stalks not produce.

After receiving this I followed the instructions everything seemed well at first but they all just slowly died. it's a neat idea if it works but disappointing if it doesn't. Good and fast shipping

3 cuttings of different sizes. All fairly fresh. All have formed secondary roots. One has been planted in soil. Eazy peizzy!

The tree in Pic is not what comes in package but having said that the branches they send you grow very fast within the first week you'll have roots and leaves at least I did

Easy to grow, just don’t leave in water too long! And keep from freezing. Bought 3 times now and love them. Don’t listen to the nay sayers, if they die, it’s almost always user error!
