Yes it is! You've gotta wash the spot you want to put it on and then dry it well. When you apply, do it one letter at a time. Hold each letter with pressure for about 30/40 seconds. I put it on the trunk lid about three months ago. It has held on through rain snow ice and high pressure car wash. Hope this helps!
