In my opinion, it is good to have time release with a water-soluble vitamin. The order arrived quickly and was properly sealed with an expiry date well in the future. Tablets are smaller than my daily multivitamins and are easy to swallow. Have to admit that I kind of miss the fruit flavour of the previous vitamin C chewable tables I had on hand, but it is likely better for my teeth than having bits of acidic remnants left on them lol.
