I'm in my late seventies and over time I have tried most of the eye hydration products on the High street as my problem with dry eyes were getting worse. I've now been using this product for about 6 to 7 years. Other products I have used only provide a few hours relief from sore eyes but the way I use the Simple Hydrating Eye Gel really works for me. It says it can be used under makeup. So I put the eye gel on in the morning and then put my usual moisturizer over the top, and that's it!!! My eyes stay moisturized all day. Just hope they never discontinue this product.

Very soothing for dry eyes good for the price

I assumed it was like other eye gels I have used. I put a drop in one of my eyes. BIG MISTAKE. It stung like hell. It's for putting on the skin around your eyes, or onto the outside of the eyelids.

Helps my dry eyes. Warning though. Apply to edge of eye lids as I initially try drops into eye and it stings for ages.

As someone who's never been taken in by youth-enhancing lotions & potions I was surprised when I was bought this as a gift & tried it a few times out of curiosity. You feel a bit of a tingle on application & I was a little concerned as I have sensitive skin but it went off very quickly & left me with a much improved under-eye area. I'm 57 so wasn't looking for miracles but I use this every day at least once. I apply it after my foundation powder & it sinks in so quickly you can't see it, only the effect.
