saves my neck/shoulders. multiple applications
this pad is comfortable - thick yet soft. the straps prevent the pad from sliding on the bar. I have only used for squats so far, but my wife has also used for hip-thrusts and approves.

Holds up well!
Works well and retains its shape for a long time. Mine is still holding up.The velcro straps are more of an after thought and frayed fairly easily but still does its job!

I find this foam barbell pad very supportive for my neck and shoulders. The straps are an excellent addition as they secure the pad firmly. I use it three times a week at the gym, and it barely gets dirty, which is a huge plus considering its light color. For those who frequent the gym, it's highly recommended that you buy your own pad and not share it with others. This pad is reasonably priced and of excellent quality, so it's definitely worth purchasing.

Pad for bar
This pad makes such a difference when I use it. I can definitely put more weight on the bar cause it takes the pressure off of my neck and or pelvic area. It was a great price, shipped quickly and overall great purchase.
