First of all it took 8 days to deliver, are you guys making that trimmer after my oredr or you gave this to your relatives ro something, to use and then it took some days you to give it to me. Yeah i know you bubble raped it but look at the box it is dirty and damaged and you dummies haven't even cleaned the hairs under the blade, am getting tromatized just by thinking which part of hair are thise, the cleaning brush is missing, some missing parts, scratches all over and the most disgusting thing is bubbles of bubble raping are already poped(एक गंदी ब्लेड और टूटी उम्मीदों की कविता)ओ ट्रिमर, तू उम्मीदों का चोर,आठ दिन बाद आया, जैसे छुट्टी पर हो और।क्या तू फैक्ट्री में नहीं, किसी रिश्तेदार के पास था?या कुछ लोगों ने तुझे यूज़ कर, फिर भेजा मेरे द्वार था?बबल रैप में लिपटा, जैसे राजा बना हो,पर हर फूला बबल पहले ही फट चुका था, क्या मजा हो!तेरा डिब्बा ऐसा, जैसे युद्ध से लौटा हो,धूल, खरोंचें और दर्द साथ लाया हो।ब्लेड के नीचे क्या है? हे प्रभु रहम,ये बाल किसके हैं? ये दृश्य है बेरहम।साफ़ करने की ब्रश भी गायब है यार,और कुछ पार्ट्स भी ग़ायब, ये तो है बेशुमार।किसे बेवकूफ़ बना रहे हो तुम?नया ट्रिमर या सेकंड हैंड का ग़म?उम्मीदें जो थी, अब हैं छिन्न-भिन्न,और भरोसा? वो तो बबल रैप के साथ ही फूट गया, हिन्न हिन्न।

The product is useful & does its job very well, add on trimmer combs are also helpfull in achieving different lengths, battery backup is also nice. A value for money purchase...thanks
