I liked the fact that it started working within one week. I have had acute prostatitis for about a month, and I subscribe to using natural remedies first, and then go get the toxic prescription drugs if there isn't much improvement. I stopped the frequent urination in about 3 days. To start, I used a triple dose, and then continued with a double dose. I am going to continue using this product no matter what. I am thinking about adding saw palmetto to the regimen. I purchased this to help my prostate gland to shrink and become healthier. It has helped me in the last 30 days and I hope it continues with long term use. It also helped my sinuses as I have had sinus issues my whole life. This helped dry up my sinus from leaking into my throat which is a real pain.
