Connects and can scan most codes on my Altima. Does not connect with CVTz50 though

I am using this with my Honda Accord 2018, Running the diagnostics I could identify my car errors and rectified at the service center asked them to do what exactly it was showing.

I purchased a car code reader (Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ Bluetooth) from Amazon, but unfortunately, the product was not satisfactory. I had to pay an additional 18 AED for a software to make the device work. Even after installing the software on my phone, the device still didn’t work. I tried it on four different cars, and it didn’t display any codes or connect to my phone. I decided to return the device and contacted the seller, who was a third-party vendor on Amazon (JetSouq). They responded the next day, asking me to ship it back via a delivery company. The shipping cost was between 120 and 150 AED, but by coincidence, I found that the storage 40mile far from my apartment so I personally delivered it back to the company, incurring my own travel costs. When they received it, I signed a receipt, and the device was in its original packaging. To my surprise, they only refunded 30% of the purchase price. I contacted them again to request the rest of the refund, as I also paid for the software and shipping, but they refused, claiming the device was used. However, it never worked.

J’ai acheté ce petit boîtier OBD pour mieux comprendre les voyants qui s’allument sur la voiture de ma compagne et la mienne ( Ford.Focus et Peugeot 207 ), et je suis vraiment impressionné par sa simplicité d’utilisation. Il se branche en quelques secondes sur la prise OBD et se connecte en Bluetooth sans aucun problème, aussi bien avec mon smartphone Android que sur la tablette iOS de ma compagne. ✅ Points positifs : Connexion rapide et stable, pas de déconnexion intempestive. Compatible avec plusieurs applications de diagnostic (Torque, Car Scanner, etc.). (Certaines applis peuvent être payantes.) Permet de lire et d’effacer facilement les codes défauts. Donne accès à plein d’infos en temps réel : température moteur, consommation, vitesse, etc. Compact, il tient dans la boîte à gants sans souci. 👉 En résumé, c’est un accessoire indispensable pour surveiller l’état de sa voiture et éviter les mauvaises surprises chez le garagiste. Pour le prix, c’est vraiment top. Je recommande à 100 % !

Product works great, straightforward, and easy to connect. One thing I wasn’t expecting was a paid option for the app. The free version works fine for me though no ads. Fit snuggly. Blue light stays on when cars’s off so you can’t leave it plugged in 24/7. I particularly like how you can set up a screen to monitor specific things like coolant temperature. And oil pressure. You can also record live data and play it back.

I am using this in a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 3.0 LZO diesel and the ODB Fusion app on my iphone. I am very happy with this setup. I am now able to see when the truck is in regen as well as exhaust temperatures right on the CarPlay screen. In addition to these PIDs, I can see a bunch of other info from the computer. The app is very adjustable to see different features on the screen. The scanner provides a ton of information. Setup was fairly easy as well. Recommend!
