We have had the cabinet for 1 1/2 years. It has been trouble free. It is well made, steel and glass. It is virtually silent, low voltage, led interior light, digital readout. We live in Hawaii with high humidity. We would recommend it!

Q: Anyone know if it would be possible to keep a gaming console cool while it runs?

No.. this is a dehumidifier not an AC unit. There is no cooling circuit in it. Does a great job doing what it was designed for.
