ADC - 604MCA Adscope 604 Pediatric Clinician Stethoscope, 30.5 inch Length, Metallic Caribbean

As an OB RN I needed a stethoscope that had great acoustics and was reliable. I would have to wear an adult and an infant stethoscope for 13 hours, constantly swtiching between the two. I originally purchased a littman pediatric which lasted less than a year. The tubing split open after a few months and I couldn't hear anything through it from the beginning. Their support was terrible to try to get it replaced. After borrowing many other coworker's stethoscopes and researching I decided to try the adscope pediatric which was only $34 at the time and highly recommended by my NICU colleagues. It has far surpassed my expectations! The acoustics are amazing, I can hear more clearly than any other stethoscope I've used to date. The size is perfect so I can use it on my adult moms, newborns, and even the pediatric and NICU kiddos I work with. I highly recommend- I've had this stethoscope for years and it still looks and sounds like it is brand new! And the awesome metallic turquoise color is easy to spot and prevents other doctors and nurses from walking away with it.

I am a family medicine physician, and I have been frustrated with using an adult size stethoscope for a little kids. I also don’t see enough little babies to justify a more expensive one. Honestly, I am very satisfied with the sound quality and they build quality of the stethoscope. It works great for kids and little babies. Very clear.

Pediatric stethoscope was of good quality for price. Durable enough for kids, and beautiful color. Great listening quality. Helps tune out extraneous sound.

Good quality basic stethoscope

I have always been a Littmann disciple, but I lent my Littmann peds scope and never got it back. I was using a cardiology III after that, which solved the issue with its dual head but now I am working in multiple places and needed a peds scope to take with me while leaving the cardiology III elsewhere. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this stethoscope, especially given the price. It’s well made, sturdy, and I can hear really well with it. It doesn’t look cheap. I docked one star because the ear pieces aren’t nearly as comfortable, but they could be way worse so I really wouldn’t complain unless it was just a busy busy day in the ER or something.

Literally got delivered the next day. Super fast shipping! And this is the perfect alternative if you don’t want a littman cause of the price. The pink color is a little too light for me, it’s a very light pink shade, but looks exactly like Littman. The material of the neck is a little… stickier? Than a littman but after a few uses that would go away. The pink is the adscope, the Caribbean is the Littman. Cannot tell the difference.I also use this pediatric size for neonates because I’m a NICU nurse, and it picks up the sounds just fine on preemies.
