These are a great and nutritional snack to have on hand. Some people are bothered by the little seeds, but there are a lot of nutrients in them seeds! They freeze well too!

These Aussie Bites provide excellent nutrition in a small muffin sized bite. They are tasty as well. There are no fillers either.

Although the Aussie Bites by SureLifeFoods are absolutely delicious, you don't want to purchase them online because they will arrive as a crumbled mess! Find them in a local grocery store, if possible. Also, DO NOT purchase from the company that placed this add, as it is misleading. The ad states they are $24.99 and $0.42/ounce. They are NOT! They are $0.83/ounce! I could have purchased them elsewhere for $19.99. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

These came and 1/3 of them were crumbled. I was so disappointed.
