Real handle, but no lock
This is a very cool minimalist knife. Unlike most knives this small, when open, there is something that you can genuinely call a handle with a finger guard. It's a little awkward in that you can't get more than two and a half fingers on it, but it's intentionally small. It's very difficult to use one-handed, but no one suggested otherwise. It's hollow ground on one side and flat on the other, so sometimes cuts will want to curve. It is double-beveled, though. My only real complaint is that there is no lock, just a slip joint. It does have a stop at 90°, which is pretty stiff. It's a reasonable safety feature, but a lock would be better. That said, the knife is so minimal, there may legitimately be no place to put one.

Very handy
Super sharp and compact. Only downside is I wished it had a better locking mechanism, but as long as you cut downward it’s totally safe.

I like it alright, but...
I like the knife in shape and form it was what I was expecting in design, but the steel is actually 440, not 9cr it wouldnt be a huge deal as long as you know that going in, but 440 while tougher, will not take as fine of an edge as 9cr, and I bought it for the use of a small box cutter...like I say it has its place, and boker makes some great stuff, just wasn't useful for its intended purpose in my case
