It was packed great. Somehow a piece of the plastic cover got cracked. Sent pictures. Got my new piece n a few days. They were awesome through every step of the process.

Unit worked flawlessly for 3 months - Then hurricane Helene took out the power for a week. When we restarted the unit, the temperature cycles between ambient and -80C. Access to parameters other than setpoint cannot be achieved as described in the operation manual. Need help to resolve this, but not sure who to ask.We have a second unit that was not impacted by the power loss. It continues to work flawlessly.

This thing is loud but seems to be working well.

Came as advertised. Temp holding at -70 but temp on box says -80. - more than adequate.

We purchased this small one as we mainly use it to freeze our samples for freeze-drying. Due to its relatively small size and extremely low temperature, our samples are frozen quickly. We also use it to store some samples. The size is perfect for us and is fit under the bench. It meets all our requirements. Highly recommended.
