I have been taking this prbiotic for a year now best one yet, no stomach issues and I can eat foods that normally would give me digestive issues, it works but you have have take every day as with any probiotic I will not be without them

I take one of these early morning before my coffee or any food. A DR on YouTube recommended these. They are not as strong as other probiotics but more powerful and just enough for my gut to be happy. Easy to swallow too. These arrive fresh in package every.single.time.

Saccharomyces Boulardii is a probiotic. Research this if you are having digestive issue. Very effective

I've been using different probiotics now for years. Typically, I don't notice a significant change when trying out new products, but Jarrow (Gut Calm, specifically) has helped my temperamental stomach from going haywire after most meals considerably. I would definitely recommend this product for those with easily upset stomachs.
