This nebuliser is an amazing device... Needed following surgery and does an amazing job it's also well made and certainly recommend to anyone with airway issues..

This is a compact quality device, with all the necessary accessories. It is easy to use ad clean. The choice of this product was due to the fact that it reaches deep into the lungs. It's easy to use and has started to help relief cough after one session. You need to be consistent

I have no issues with the unit, the noise level, and ease of use - these are all fine for me. I do however note the previous review (and thank that reviewer) which points out that the 'valve' technology does not work with the face mask - I had not realised that, and although it is not a problem, it should have been made clear in the advertising blurb as that could well be a yes/no decider for other people, especially as it is a fairly expensive purchase. That is why I only give 4 stars instead of 5. That, - PLUS - I am finding it very difficult (verging on impossible) to get a spare face mask for use by a second adult (typically one's partner) as it is most likely that more than one adult would want to use the machine. Either provide (or give the option for) two masks with the kit, or make it clear (possible even!) to buy a spare one without spending hours trawling the www and ultimately having to settle for one that isn't right for that particular 'state of the art' machine. Overall I would still rate the machine as very good and very effective. Not cheap, but not exorbitant either. SECOND UPDATE 11 Nov 2021 :- (Noting that my earlier update is not showing here??) I have just learned that OMRON has NOT PROVIDED ANY UK SUPPLIER WITH THE SPARE PARTS NEEDED TO KEEP THE MACHINE IN GOOD OPRDER. There are only two X105 suppliers in the UK, (one being Amazon) and NEITHER supplies the parts in question. The parts I ordered from a recommended UK supplier following the advice (reluctantly) given by OMRON resulted in my being supplied with the parts for a totally different machine and which do not fit my X105. Those are now being returned for a refund, and it looks like I am going to have to return my machine (and that of my son) for a full refund from Amazon, pending a reply awaited from OMRON's UK premises in Milton Keynes. What disgusting dismal service from OMRON who have not EVER explained or admitted that they do not supply parts to the UK. Buy at your peril..... Charlatans ....≥

Ich nutze den Omron X105 erst seit einigen Tagen, nachdem mein altes Sanitas-Gerät den Geist aufgegeben hat. Der Unterschied ist deutlich spürbar: Leichte Bedienung: Alles ist intuitiv, kein kompliziertes Einstellen – einfach anschließen und loslegen. Effiziente Vernebelung: Die Inhalationslösung wird schnell und gleichmäßig vernebelt, was die Anwendung angenehm macht. Komfort: Die Maske sitzt gut, auch für längere Anwendungen. Lautstärke: Etwas leiser als mein altes Gerät, aber nicht flüsterleise – für mich völlig okay. Nach ein paar Tagen kann ich sagen: Die Qualität wirkt hochwertig, und die Reinigung ist unkompliziert. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das Gerät langfristig bewährt. Fazit: Für alle, die ein zuverlässiges und einfach zu bedienendes Inhalationsgerät suchen, ist der Omron X105 eine klare Empfehlung.
