I really like this brand the Omega 3 vegan DHA doesn't have a fishy aftertaste like other vegan brands but I'll still check out more brands and compare and blood testing for sure I can say with confidence that this brand on other different supplements they have helped significantly and that's not just a guess but I went to a Dr never take supplements just to take them please go have a blood test and see if you need to take a supplements I don't care what type of diet your on or the standard American diet please take a blood test taking too much of anything when you have no need for it can hurt you through the long run just some advice. Other than that This one is good for me everyone is different give it a try if you need it just like with other supplements in general your not gonna see an improvement, not even a week, that's unrealistic and if you feel different with any kind of supplements doesn't matter the brand it's probably just a placebo effect nothing works in a week or two give your body time it takes a long time to become deficient of something keep that in mind it takes time to no longer be deficient and eat healthier

Wonderful alternative for vegans! Love the smell and they taste great! I subscribe to save and stay on schedule!

I’ve trusted Garden of Life for years, so I was shocked by the overpowering fragrance added to the Vegan DHA. The “Scentcerts” packet inside the bottle releases a scent so strong it feels like walking into a public restroom full of air fresheners—completely unnecessary for a health supplement. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. The fragrance is marketed as “all natural,” but that term isn’t regulated and can still include dozens or even hundreds of synthetic additives. If the ingredients were truly simple, like mint or vanilla extract, they would say so. Instead, the vague labeling makes me wonder what’s being masked. My previous DHA (Mamabird) had no added fragrance at all, so why does this one need it? Is the product rancid or unstable without it? I’ve always associated Garden of Life with purity and quality, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. I would much rather smell a mild, natural seaweed aroma from algae than be hit with artificial-smelling chemicals. I hope Garden of Life reconsiders using Scentcerts—because right now, this product feels anything but clean or transparent.

So far, I have really enjoyed Garden of Life's Omega 3 Vegan DHA Supplements! It's so convenient to take just one softgel daily, and I love that it's formulated specifically for women and men's health. The 400mg DHA and 70mg DPA in triglyceride form from a single source is a great added bonus! The only downside is the price, but I'm willing to pay for quality supplements that support my overall health and wellbeing. Highly recommend trying them out for yourself!

Frequently, there is a problem of capsules leaking, and they tend to adhere to each other. Every time it happens we ask for a refund.

Absolutely awful. I was using a fish oil DHA (which I liked) pre-pregnancy, but stopped being able to tolerate it once I became pregnant. I tried this brand of algae DHA first, and it both smells and tastes terrible. Lots of gross burps after, and it made my stomach really upset a few hours later. My friend had the same experience. I now use the Nordic Naturals algae DHA and it is much better! I definitely don’t recommend this Garden of Life DHA.
