Gel silicone heel pads are not what I expected. If they were a little longer they may give better overall support and be more comfortable

These have an adhesive on the bottom that helps them to stay in the heel of your shoe. My husband had a pair from the doctor's office that did not have the adhesive and they were impossible to get in your shoe and keep them where they were supposed to be. We bought a pair of each of these for every set of shoes he has. Great product and Excellent Price!!!

I use this product for my left foot. I need about a quarter of inch support because the hips will twist and left leg will drop and be about a quarter of inch shorter than right leg.so I only use one in left shoe. I can also wear in Sandals, it has really good adhesive. Great product.

I’m ordering another set. Comfortable definitely helps when standing all day.

My grandson has severs-the heel supports help.

I replaced a $45 pair of these silicone heel cups that I bought from my Podiatrist with these when I lost them after 3 years of usage! These cheaper ones function about the same.BUT, 1-these are very tacky and stick to the shoe insole and often pull the insole away from the show when removing the cup. 2--the tackiness catches all lint and dirt and requires washing but they still regain the problem of tackiness 3- the silicone on the heel cup perimeter has turned BLACK and they look horrible when removed and stored for placement in next shoe pairJust note these issues as I find them VERY ANNOYING and went back to the Pediflex brand at the higher price

Do not stay in place like I needed. I wanted ability to use in several pairs of shoes. It comes with adhesive strip on back if you can commit to a single pair of shoes.

The bottom cushion was fine but top height of silicone cup cut into inside of heel.

The gel heel cup is comfortable.However, for my shoes of size 8, the size of cup is a bit small. Dimensions are shown in picture.The cup is supplied with adhesive on both sides for sticking inside your shoes. Though adhesive only on lower side would have been enough.

These are effective for plantar fascitis relief to some extent, but feels wobbly when walking. Also, the adhesive is not strong enough to stick to the shoe sole. Advise the manufacturer to not put adhesive on the heel facing side, as it stick to the heel and comes off.

Não comprem este produto ele engana perversamente aos interessados.Ele não cumpre a função para qual se diz destinar. Problemas como fascite plantar ou já na condição de esporão de calcanhar é necessário que na parte azul seja de um um outro material com uma outra dureza e espessura diferenciada. Neste produto é so uma parte pintada sem nenhuma diferença.Este produto não tem nenhuma qualidade, não serve para as pessoas que tem esses problemas e pior, tenta enganar as pessoas.Não compreem. O meu cheou hoje e hoje mesmo já vou devolver.
