This is one cardiac supplement that I really like. It has helped with my POTS, and the flavor is pretty good for a liquid vitamin! Overall, I’ve really liked all of the Maryruth products I’ve tried. I have gut issues so the option of having a liquid or gummy is great for absorption for me.

Review written Oct. 21, 2023. CoQ10 is vital as we age especially if taking certain medications. Not fond of the taste, however the taste does not linger and easily goes away with a few sips of your beverage choice. This is the only CoQ10 I have kept on auto-ship as it seems to make a difference in how I feel. More energy and focus. 12/25/2023 I had ran out for a few days and could really tell a difference in my productivity with responses. Started back and in just a couple of days all better. I had taken other CoQ10 in the past and never noticed any difference. So this MaryRuths CoQ10 is one of my staples that I take every morning.

I was previously taking a different liquid coq10 supplement, but I don’t like the taste of the sweetener they use. So I decided to give this one a try. I like that it doesn’t have the same type of sweeteners and the fruity flavor is good. But unfortunately the underlying medicinal taste is too strong and lingering for me. I will finish this bottle, but I probably would not buy it again. Update - After I submitted my review, the company contacted me through Amazon about my disappointment with the product. They really appear to focus on customer satisfaction and offered a solution. I was really impressed that they contacted me since I hadn’t contacted them about the product. There was no request or pressure to change my review. I stand by my original product review, but I added a star because they seem to have great customer service. I would 100% recommend the company.

I love MaryRuth Organics Liquid Vitamins! I usually order from their website, but ordering this Coenzyme Q10 from Amazon was perfect for a quick delivery. Same great quality and effectiveness, very happy with this purchase!

Costs a lot for not very much and at a low dose. Where is this made? Why is that not clearly put out by Amazon?
