I absolutely love this. The level of heat suits me to a "T". I have and will continue to us this product on casseroles. It is a must have for dips and my home made vegetable refreshing drinks. I am 80 years and appreciate the ease of this products preformance.

Great flavor bomb!

I previously wrote an excellent review but Amazon decided that it violated their policies. I am flabbergasted by this. There was absolutely nothing negative and nothing out of the norm in the review Amazon decided to ban! Censorship at Amazon may make me reconsider my shopping habits with them. This never happens with any other products. Lol. Anyway this is an excellent Harissa. The best I tried so far. I will be ordering it regularly to replenish my stock.

great paste to cook everything with.

It said on the jar if used on meat to marinate for one hour but I decided to try to last minute on some chicken I was grilling. I just smeared some paste on my chicken that had been coated in olive oil and Mediterranean spices and it came out so delicious! It tasted like gourmet restaurant style chicken. I love it and can’t wait to try it in my recipes!

Overall, it's a good product and I can see how others might enjoy it, but it's probably not the right fit for someone like me. I found the flavor to be quite strong and distinct. Honestly, a bit too much for my taste. It came across as overpowering rather than enjoyable, which made it hard for me to appreciate. While it might work well for people who prefer bold flavors, I tend to lean toward something more subtle and mild.
