This machine is super quiet.
Got this for the office. Had to use noise cancelling headphones during online meetings do to noise from window AC. Now it is so quiet I can hear the cat breathing.

Broken sensor blocking function but fantastic otherwise
It has been a month since install and Bosch still hasn’t provided broken sensor to tech. Looks great and is so quiet. Getting an F3/external temp sensor error that prevents any heating or cooling function from actually working right now. Waiting 2 weeks on a replacement from Bosch and will update this once it’s in and fully working. But, it works for about 2 minutes and it’s soooo quiet. I love it.

Silent. Inside and outside units are extremely quiet.
Very satisfied. Does require professional installation but quiet and efficient was what we were after and couldn't be happier.
