At first I wondered about the fineness of the filling. Having made quite a few myself realised I might have started with the first or last sausage out. Otherwise they are lovely, especially the coarse grade filling. Good flavour, succulent. Divine in Ranchos Huevos.

For raw sausages the packing was very bad not in ice box
It took a whole day to arrive which would be OK but it was not packed properly as it is raw sausage. Not packed in ice and proper box to keep cold. I still cooked it and the sausages are definitely not as good as when I bought the same last year. I hope I will be OK after eating them although I cooked them really well.

Awful.
The chorizos were so awful that when I used one, it was tasteless. I had to throw the rest away. Terrible.
