This neck stretcher provides noticeable relief and helps reduce tension after long days. It’s easy to use and works well when used consistently for short sessions. The stretch feels effective, though it can be a little uncomfortable at first while getting used to it. Overall, it’s a solid tool for cervical traction and neck support.

This worked for me, I use it for a hour each morning. I've been doing IT sense 2001, at least 10 hours a day of sitting in my chair. Had a motor cycle accident and a fall that broke my left ancle. The knots and scare tissue I had to over seemed impossible find it all and keep it removed. Been using this for a month, the back of my head would loss circulation when I first started using it, that is still a problem it's just less of a problem the longer I use Neck Stretcher. Been to many places to try to over come the issues I had. This has saved me.

I’ve been dealing with scoliosis and poor posture from that condition my whole life. Every few months I will have a flair up where muscles in my shoulder will spasm, causing me to raise my shoulder out of place, causing further discomfort and fatigue. This posture corrector has actually helped so much! It did in a few hours what two weeks of muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories couldn’t do! The only draw back is how difficult it is to adjust. You also need to wear tighter fitting clothing while using this, otherwise your shirt will bunch up in the armpits and around the collar.

The neck stretcher was okay. Posture corrector was hard to put on and cut off blood flow to my arms.

This thing is AMAZING. I use it ten minutes or so — turn my neck and head a bit and my neck pops over and over. When I get up I feel so loose and like my neck is glowing — I don’t know what other words to use here, but I think it just feels like blood is circulating, and the muscles are looser and less tense. I had been dealing with tech neck and painful shoulders and this has been a godsend. My very stiff and inflexible partner is also able to use it without problems and finds that it makes his neck feel better as well. It’s just a very nice stretch. It doesn’t have any weird smell. It’s small enough to store easily and not clutter up the house too much.

Value for money: I’ve tried so many products to help stretch my neck and relieve “tech neck” tightness. Within the first 5 minutes of laying down with this I was able to take DEP diaphragm breaths. After a week my neck is less tight and my shoulders less hunched and I feel like my whole chest is opening up. Start with just a few minutes a day and work up to 10-20 minutes a day make sure you are laying down just as they tell you too ( it’s the most effective position). I 10000% recommend!!!

It comes with a manual which states it is uncomfortable in the beginning. I feel that. It’s day 2. But I do feel my neck stretched. I went with 5 min per side once a day right away. Will gradually increase that as I keep going. There’s no smell I noticed compared to other comments. It’s made of rubber because this isn’t a pillow it’s a “pillow” meant for physical therapy reason. Again some of these comments are a bit unhelpful as they are reviewing a product they don’t understand how to use. Consistency is key…. It says so in the manual. This isn’t a one time use thing. It’s like saying I went to the gym today and didn’t lose any pounds so I’m giving up. The gym doesn’t work.
