***UPDATE 12.Sept.18: I changed the rating above because of the responsiveness and great level of customer service I received from the company to remedy my dissatisfaction with the product. The company proved that there are companies who appreciate our business and want to go the extra mile to make you happy. Well done! To start, I ordered a 16" full lace unit. This unit was surprisingly nice upon opening the package. The unit arrived in a black inner box and was encased in plastic. Also included was a cap, which was a nice touch. The lace was a mediocre quality but soft to the touch. The hair itself is soft but just a little dry on the ends, but that did not bother me too much - because I thought after washing and conditioning the unit, that dryness would disappear. There was only minimal hair loss. However on day 2, the unit did shed more, but I was not panicking. I expected some hair loss. The hairline itself was just okay. I thought it was over-plucked and additionally, the knots are not bleached as advertised, and as many others have said in their reviews. Now, I am at day 5 and the shedding continues. It gets matted at the nape of the neck and at the top. I do not use a comb or brush because I want to protect the hair, but found myself using a wide toothed comb today. I also purchased a lot of product to put in the hair to soften it because it seems very dry now. Pros - soft lace, good cap construction, curls that go on forever, good price. Cons - sheds daily and while it is not a lot, it adds up to a lot after 5 days. There is a smell to the hair. The hair is very dry and seems to need attention throughout the day (add water and/or product). Lastly, the hair mattes very badly at the nape and the crown. Severely, now as it has been a full week. I will not purchase again. Caveat emptor - BUYER BEWARE.

I can't speak for everyone but uhm... I went in on this one! The problem some are having is, you didn't deep condition. Deep condition this hair and she's yours for the naturally-looking keeping! It's curly, it's kinky, it's just like type 3 to 4 hair. Texture can be created up in this hair. The density is natural, the knots bleach and tint well, the texture is manageable, and styling is pluripotent. Tease the hairs on the side of nape lace to blend. Okay? Now show me what y'all got!

For the price this is a really good wig ! The curls, the lace ! You can do a dry look , you can do a wet look in the picture, I wet , then blow dry the curls 💗. I say get it * will need plucking for a realistic look

The unit worked well the first 2 weeks but then it started tangling and deeply matted at the nape although it’s not rubbing against my clothes. I continue to detangle mornings before I place it on. Looks nice while damp but when it dries it sticks out like bozo so I have to add moisture throughout the day. Also it sheds horribly during the detangling process—no matter how gently I use the brush. I pull apart with my fingers first. The point is the wig arrived looking nice and I wanted to believe I’d finally hit the jackpot but I’m facing the fact that most of these wigs will all end up like this one give or take a couple of weeks. Also certain vendors are getting product from same manufacturer and try to differentiate with photos and packaging. So I’m trying to make this one last 6 weeks by not sleeping in it. I may order again and try another care method because it seems the reality is it’s tge luck of the draw to get one that lasts longer.

I am writing this review to rectify some of the negative reviews I’ve read about this wig. First, there is no such thing as a wig not shedding. With any wig especially a curly one, there will in fact be shedding from time to time but it is very minimal. To avoid shedding, you should wet it and start at the ends and work your at up with a proper wig brush. Also, the wig does look exactly like the picture, the picture being shown is how it looks when it’s wet. To avoid it getting too puffy, add a little bit of curling mousse while it’s wet. Also, I cannot stress this enough, if you do not comb it out and care for it properly, you will end up with a huge mess because of the curl pattern. “Good hair” does mean you can get away with not combing it! These bad reviews are simply people who do not know how to care for their wigs properly. Remember people this is real hair so if you’re good to it, it’ll be good to you. The only down side is that it took a few washes to get rid of the smell. I was not a fan of that but it wasn’t enough for me to dislike it. You’ll definitely be getting your money’s worth with this unit. It doesn’t really require much product and the curls reform perfectly once you wash it. If you see a review where someone complains about shedding, trust me they are not detangling it properly. If you follow my instructions I guarantee it’ll last you quite a while.
