A good priced banana plug set for speaker wires.
Great right angle banana plug for speaker wires and jacks. I bought these to connect my new SVS speakers to my desktop system. I used 12ga wire without issue. Note that there is a piece of heat shrink tubing inside the barrel that you need to remove after loosening the screws almost all the way out. The included screwdriver was up to the job to get the heat shrink out. I suspect it was in there to give the set screws something to press against and keep them from backing out to lock the outer barrel on. Strip about 5/8” of speaker wire and twist the wires before you insert into jack. I pushed in far enough that the insulation just inserted into the barrel but not too far that the set screw contacted it as the set screw will then be too long and the screwdriver won’t be able to tighten it all the way. Tighten set screws all the way down flush with the outside of the barrel so that the outer sleeve will fit over. I find that a good silicon insulated 12ga speaker wire is the best fit and will handle any load without issue. My SVS prime satellite speakers totally rock using this set up when paired with the SVS 3000 Micro sub for my desktop system. I’ll purchase more of these for future use. In the end I found them to be of good quality and installation was simple once I figured out the heat shrink was inside the barrel. The price is good and sound quality is on par with any other speaker wire configuration I have used over the years.

Great quality, good conduction, easy to connect to speaker wire.
Quality metal and machining. Unscrew the sleeve and push the core out in order to get to the TWO set screws. Yep, these use two screws to grab onto the wire's conductor, and also the insulation to provide good tensile strength. The banana expansion is fairly expanded so it'll take a little bit of effort getting it inserted into the + and - receptacles on each speaker--which is ok with me..makes for a tight connection. Comes with its own little slot screw driver for those set screws. Sleeves have a texture to them and are color coded for + and -.

Got a returned set
Let me start by saying that these are fairly well-made, and work as they should. The issue was if you look at the photos, someone had these before me and tried to just push the wire up into them and pierce the sheath, but the screws are flat, not pointed (or their idea would have worked) so, they probably thought they didn’t work and just ripped the wires out leaving the sheath still in inside the jacks so I had to take the small screws out each one and get a small tool to fish out the sheath of the previous wires that someone else had in there. After stripping and clamping/wiring them correctly, they work just fine. Just wish I didn’t have to waste 30min fixing an issue first.

Perfect for Vintage Stereo Collectors
I wish I could have found this flexible plug 30 years ago. I own and collect vintage stereo from Pioneer to JBL. No banana plugs, no screw posts for speaker wire...just different versions of a push pin. I have tried using a few third party plugs in the past and gave up, from Monster to Nokamichi as those thin pins or bent pins never convinced me I was getting a strong connection. When I saw the Amazon ad for your connectors I was amazed. But I was really stunned when I opened the package and tried them out. They seat into the push pins on amp and speakers perfectly. Well done. Really well done.

Nice
Love these - they stay on and wont short out easily by mistake with the rubber protectors in place - my only wish is that it would have two screws vs one.

Falsely advertised, photo 6, & screws are also junk...
These are garbage, junk, poorly made, screws get mangled simply trying to tighten, like they, the tiny flat head screws are made of aluminum, or inferior metals, they just crumble & get mangled upon tightening. Also, the Photo Ad/#6 is deceptive, photo 6 shows that they have 2 screws per plugin, as most all other brands normally do, but these have only 1 screw to tighten per plug, they do not have 2 screws like the photo shows, being that they only have 1 tightening screw, they do not tighten down 16 gauge wire securely enough, the 6th photo here, clearly shows that they have 2 screws per plug, this is deception, or at the very least, a mistake, which I highly doubt... I tried to contact the seller to see how they would make it right, and pointed out the flaws & deception, & this was their response to me, "Unfortunately, we have limited access to orders fulfilled by Amazon. We recommend contacting Amazon directly regarding this matter. They will be able to assist you in resolving this matter promptly." So I sent them back for a refund from Amazon, I will never buy this brand of anything again, given their poor response to fix, or address the issue. Thanks...

10 out of 12 are great
10 of the 12 ordered are great. Seem to be decent quality and easy to connect to the wires ( I used 14 gauge, same brand). The other 2, not so good. On one, I can’t get the sleeve off. It gets stuck at the end. The other, has a cross threaded set screw and gets stuck halfway. I used the link on the product in Amazon for customer support. It redirects me to the company website where I filled out the form. I received an AI response saying they can’t help me because I purchased it from Amazon and I should use the link in Amazon. I know it was AI because I later received a survey from the company asking, “How did our AI do?” Does AI stand for Artificial Ignorance??? Anyway, no resolution. Why 3 stars? I figure 83% were usable and I like the ones that worked.

Exactly What I Needed – Great Quality and Fit! I bought these speaker flex pins to clean up the connections on my home audio setup, and I couldn’t be happier. The build quality is solid — the metal feels durable, and the pins slide in securely without being too tight. They made my speaker wire connections much neater and more reliable, with no more stray copper strands or loose connections. I chose these because I was trying to stay low profile and speak - others can be too bulky - these are great
