So far, I have been happy with these lights. I have tested at least 10 different lights. These are by far the best ones I have found. They do not have a remote control but with as good as these lights are no need for a remote. We are using them to light our home in order to lower our electric bill. We have a solar panel with a charger and these lights work great. They are bright the battery lasts a long time. I have about 10 of these lights and we place them in our kitchen, utility room and our bathroom. I can even cook on my stove. The magnet sticks right to the range hood. I have one where we keep the trash can it sticks right to our AC Unit. They stay bright for a long time and we will buy more as needed.

I put two of these into 6ft tall display cabinets, and one in a closet.- In the display cabinets, the magnets in the lights stuck directly to the underside of the steel tops of the cabinets, which made installation absolutely trivial. The cabinets are about 30 inches wide and 12 inches deep, with glass shelves, and they are lit up very attractively with these lights.- My display cabinets have glass doors and glass sides, but the lights only come on when you open the doors, not when you just walk by the cabinets: this is perfect for me. I'm guessing this means the motion-detecting signal doesn't transmit through glass, but that's just a guess.- In the closet, just one of these is a little dim. The door is 8ft tall, and the lowest I could put it was a little above the door, and the closet is not small, around 3.5ft wide and 2.5 ft deep, with of course a lot of stuff in it, so just one of these is better than nothing but it doesn't fill the closet with light. Two would probably do a good job, but I'm not going to purchase another 3-pack just to get one more. Installation in the closet was pretty easy as well, turns out there are two magnets in the light so I just attached two steel right-angle brackets directly above the door (in the correct positions for the magnets) then just stuck the light on the brackets.- In both cases, the motion sensors detect the movement of the doors, so the lights come on when I open the doors just like I wanted. They stay on for maybe 30 seconds after motion ceases (after the door closes).- Charging is micro USB: pull a light down, plug it in, a red light comes on to show it's charging but not charged up, when charging is complete the light turns green. Doesn't get any simpler.- The light does not operate while charging, so you can't install these with an always-connected charger, you must let them run on battery and charge when needed.

Very good, and great to swap between warm and bright light features. End of life needs a lot of recharging. Lasted about 2 years.

These are the best lights for a dark closet. Easy to install and rechargeable. I put them in all my closets.

So I bought these this summer......June. For the most part they have been great but now they are starting to disappoint us. The charges aren't lasting as long. When we first got them they would last a few weeks. We used the motion sensors setting. In the past two weeks the charge has been lasting a few days and once they are fully charged.....green light indicated. They are still dim. Now we are looking to purchase another brand. If the charged lasted longer and the light stayed brighter I would give them 5 stars.Update: The company reached out to me in an effort to rectify things with my purchase. They are sending me replacement lights at no cost to me. I thought this was so great. I will update you on how the new lights work. So I can say I will increase the rating based on their customer serviceUpdate #2: So I finally received my replacement lights. I got one box although I originally purchased 2 but it's ok I appreciate the company trying to make things right and maybe they want to make sure these lights worked to satisfaction. They actually arrived a day early. As of today Nov.14th, they are being charged and will be put up later on. I will update again in a few months to let you all know how they are working. Let me clear we really do love these lights.

These have a good range of adjustable brightness, much brighter and more versatile than two other brands others I tried for a similar cost. They each have a long, full length strip of sticky magnet to adhere to whatever surface you want, unlike others that are only supplied with small squares. There are 3 hues to choose; warm, medium and cool. You can choose always on, always off, or darkness motion sensor. The only feature they don’t have is daytime motion sensor, which isn’t needed anyway because whenever it gets slightly dim they switch on as soon as they sense motion. I do love the brightness adjustment the most, but my second favorite feature is how long they stay on. Others flicked off after 15 or so seconds which was annoying when I was using them in areas where I perform quick tasks. These stay on for around 30 seconds which seems to be the perfect amount of time. I’m a little obsessed and am considering sticking them everywhere… under the stair treads in my cellar, inside my car trunk, above the gloomy shower in the other bathroom… there’s no limit on where they can go.
