Wow! These arrived today I took one right away and my legs feel so much lightly already, my legs feel amazing they have such a warm tingly nice feeling relaxing which I suppose is the new blood circulation! My legs felt so heavy and almost like they were tight which I thought was caused by water retention but it wasnt after all it was just from lack of blood supply!
