Great Vitamin. Hard to find supplements that don't contain 200-800% plus of your daily needs, which can lead to all sorts of health issues. Expensive, but worth it.

There are several reasons I like this multivitamin over others. 1. The Vitamin D3 from Naturelo is plant sourced, unlike the D3 that's usually derived from sheep's wool. 2. The Vitamin A is from Beta-Carotene, which is a powerful antioxidant. In addition, you can't overdose on Vitamin A when you get it from Beta-Carotene because your body will only convert what it needs. 3. This multivitamin actually has 100% Biotin. Other brands usually only have 10% or nothing at all, which is weird because it's an essential nutrient. It's especially good for hair, skin and nails. 4. It has Vitamin K2, which like Vitamin D3, is essential for bone health. K2 is also good for your skin and cardiovascular health. 5. I prefer the women's multivitamin over the men's because the women's has iron and the men's doesn't. The reason for the difference is because women's daily iron needs are more than twice men's needs. The only thing I don't like about Naturelo's multivitamin is the blend of ingredients at the end such as the 10 mg of carrot, 10 mg of raspberry and others. Not only is this too insignificant to have any health benefits, but it's a wasted opportunity to have an ingredient that would actually be beneficial. Hence, I recommend they replace this blend with 30-60 mg of Ergothioneine. Some nutrition scientists believe Ergothioneine is so beneficial for health that it should be upgraded to vitamin status. It has even been dubbed the "longevity molecule." The best part is, Naturelo can add this nutrient to their multivitamin without increasing the pill's size since they can eliminate the insignificant fruit and vegetable blend.
