I've been struggling with my immune system recently. Always feeling tired and lethargic, bit run down.I decided to do a 60 day immune boosting diet that focuses more on what you need to eat than what you shouldn't eat.On our Facebook group someone suggested this, so I thought I'd give it a try.It doesn't have any fillers, it does however have a fairly strong taste.I use one serving in the recommended smoothie recepie that's on the back of the pack.The best part is all the ingredients (I skip the kale) can be bought frozen and kept in the freezer. Minus the almond milk. A pack lasts around a month give or take. So it's actually really good value and in the last 5 weeks or so I've really noticed a a difference, I'm a lot more energetic and alert.So I'm taking more walks and that's benefiting the whole thing.One thing I've noticed hasn't been mentioned is for me anyway it speeded up my metabolism, so the first 4 or 5 days I needed to visit the loo more frequently.So I wouldn't recommend starting on a family holiday or anything. It settled down and was probably just forcing all the junk that was blocking up my digestive system. It definitely swept out all the cobwebs so to speak.

Mixes fairly easily into liquids. Not a strong flavour in water but not unpleasant. Tastes better stirred into a yoghurt. I haven't been using it for long enough to comment on the benefits.

Got blood tests next week, I have an immune deficit. Hopefully this product will help me!

The taste isn’t that nice, but I put one or two tablespoons of this in my homemade smoothies or juices, always mix it with a little water before adding it into my drink so as to get a lump free consistency. I use this most days I also use in conjunction with other supplements. I feel energetic, healthy my skin and hair are healthy. I believe that this product helps with in conjunction with the fruit and vegetables I use. Definitely worth the money as I believe there are real health benefits by using this supplement. Do not replace your food with this however, it’s a boost to your diet not a replacement.

Not noticed any difference since using them and no matter how much I use in my smoothies they make them taste awful and I can’t drink them

Been looking for a natural product to boost my smoothie and certainly found it! The subtle kick of ginger enhances my morning smoothie, great packaging gives a recipe ( which is very nice) however the product pretty much compliments any smoothie mix. Been taking the Super Immune Powder for the past few days and certainly feel more energised and healthier, the new addition to my daily natural supplements - THANKS next gen u

Nice taste don’t if it works yet as it’s to early to tell

The ingredients are good and it has no taste at all, great for kids with limited fruit and veg intake and it has fibre in it so excellent for anyone to take, doesn't clump, add it to water or juice.
