This helped in my Anatomy and honestly I can use it still when teaching my son. I let others use it and very knowledgeable. It’s just like the one in class just smaller.

A perfect addition to my shrunken head collection. Makes a great gear shift knob as well. Disarticulation is spot on, but be careful with the zygomatic processes. They can fall off when disassembling, and become lost. So realistic it makes my Chihuahua snarl and snap. Bravo!

It came covered in a black filmy soot.. the spenoid isn't very accurate... but this is over all decent.

I bought this skull as a study help for my college anatomy class and it should work great. I was looking for a skull model that I could take apart into most of the cranial and facial bones. This was about the only one I could find that went into more than 3 pieces and for a pretty reasonable price. The skull is made of a pretty durable looking piece of plasticky material that flexes just enough for the disassembling and reassembling. It also comes with a handy packet with admittedly mildly confusing instructions for reassembly, once figured out they're not so confusing, but it also has on the back labeled pictures of the major skull bones and structures.

I ordered this skull to help me practice for my Advanced Osteology course in undergrad. As a forensic Anthropology major, I was already familiar with larger regions of the bones, but needed a guide for the minute sections. This skull allowed for me to disassemble each piece and study the regions I needed for my exams. The accuracy is phenomenal! Now I am a TA in the Forensic Anthropology lab and I recommend all my students to purchase this skull to help prepare!
