Excellent product
This is a really good product. Although the capsules are large, it is very easy to swallow them. They are not sticky. I bought this one because the one I used to get with my prescription was finished. So far it has been working well with my magnesium tablets and giving me really good breaks from horrible migraines.

Vitamin B, yellow pee!
I have found that these give me the energy I need after lunch and seem to be very effective. They are small and easy to swallow. The only thing to take note of is your pee will probably be neon yellow for some time. Every B vitamin I have taken does that, but this brand seems to be neon than most. Don’t know if that is good or bad or doesn’t matter. Whatever, they work for my purpose.

Ja, tut, was es kann oder soll. Persönlich keine Veränderung gemerkt, außer dass mein Urin recht gelb war. Keine Ahnung, ob sowas der Mensch braucht. Hätte ich vielleicht länger nehmen müssen.
