Litt Industries Tail Cap Switch
The switch is a good fit and works most of the time, but sometimes won't work

All worked with a little help.
Bought three, installed three, two of the three worked perfect. One installed on a flashlight I use all the time was intermittent. Uninstalled the switch, ran a Q-Tip around the inside of the cap threads (pretty dirty). Then used a small pick to elongate the two metal tabs on the switch cap to make better contact with the flashlight body. Worked like a charm. On and off every time.

Switch
Switch works fine but threads cut was off a bit had to use aluminum foil wrapped around threads to get it to tread into maglite

Nice Feature
The switch is a great idea, facilitating one-hand operation.

Does not work when screwed on tight
Tail cap has to be backed off one turn to work. Spring is smaller than maglite tailcap. Some flickering of light beam intensity, suggest trying upgraded version

Makes the Minimag easier to use.
I love Mag-lites, including Mini-mags, but I'm not a fan of the twisty switch. This replaces the tailcap, and allows you to turn on the light with a push-button. Note that the original twist-switch still works, so remember to turn it on with that, or the tail-cap switch won't work. Turn it on with both switches, and dial in the focus to your preference, and then just use the tail cap switch. Also, this switch is reverse-click, meaning you have to press until it clicks, and then it turs on. There is no momentary function.
