Works great for an early jolt and focus to your day

I love this product. It works well. I was able to focus and concentrate while earning a masters degree at the age of 53-55 years old. My 18 year old grandson used it for working out and he said he had a better workout.

It's been about a month since I started this and gave it a pretty bad review because the taste was meh and it made my tummy upset. I felt a little nauseated for the first couple of days but I pushed through and I'm glad I did. Now I actually like the taste and no longer feel nauseated after drinking it. It really does help my mental acuity and I enjoy drinking it. I will be trying the other flavors I love that it's not sweet at all since I am really sensitive to sugar. I only gave it 4 stars 🌟 because of the bumpy start. Yes I would recommend it.

First things first, the taste leaves a lot to be desired. It’s basically sweet tea peach flavor. Not the worst but it tastes artificial in flavor and an odd choice for a flavor overall. I didn’t gag or throw up like many of the other reviewers claim. I have taken the capsules of this product before and find that to be an overall better product. As far as increased focus, brain clarity, etc. I honestly think this product has helped to some degree. I do feel more energized throughout the day and have less brain fog. Not a game changer but after working on a computer for several hours I don’t feel burnt out. I feel more productive taking it. Only downside is for whatever reason I find myself having to pee a whole lot more. Now the big downside....cost. This product is expensive. Almost two dollars a serving. I think when I first used this product several years ago it was about a dollar a serving (still expensive but it carries the Onnit brand). I’ll continue to shop around and try other supplements but for now this is a pretty solid product despite the substantial cost.

I did not like the flavor of this mix - so I wasn’t able to get the full benefits of the product. I recommend getting the capsules instead.
